I am an artist who is fascinated by the human condition. I feel it transcends through time and is something we can all relate and connect to. It is what makes us human.

My current focus is on the emotional states of trauma. Writing, especially letter writing, is an instrumental part of my practice. As a medium it can be a very powerful means of expressing different concepts; be these confrontational or therapeutic. It can also help reconnect with thoughts, emotions and memories that have been repressed and buried, sometimes for decades.

I use the most suitable medium to best represent the thoughts, feelings and ideas I want to articulate. I combine analogue and digital techniques, such as embroidery with photography, for the unexpected and magical images that can be captured, and projections for the light and its ability to bring everything to life.

I am currently exploring other technologies such as VR, Mixed Reality, sensors and other interactive media.
